Terms & Conditions

• A booking is confirmed once payment is received for the reserved date, time, duration & location for a treatment, therapy, Lucid Light Experience or 1-1 session as previously agreed by Tranquil Retreats & the client
• If the client is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment Tranquil Retreats have the right to cancel the treatment, therapy or 1-1 session & no refund will be given
• No additional time will be given for clients late for their appointment
• Your Right to Cancel:
  More than 7 days notice: You are entitled to a full refund [minus any non-refundable card processing fees].
  Between 48 hours and 7 days notice: You are entitled to a [50%] refund or a credit note for a future booking.
  Less than 48 hours notice: No refund will be issued for “late” cancellations or no-shows.
• Tranquil Retreats has the right to cancel a treatment, therapy or 1-1 session by giving 48 hours notice
• Tranquil Retreats has the right to cancel a treatment, therapy or 1-1 session without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment, therapy or 1-1 session to be provided, or if the therapist/teacher is taken ill
• Tranquil Retreats commits to rearranging treatments, therapy & 1-1 sessions to a new time & date within 3 weeks of the cancelled treatment, therapy or 1-1 session where possible
• Clients agree to comply with the COVID protocols of both the venues, therapists & teachers - full details will be emailed to Clients on booking
